Beautiful Antique Art Deco Walnut Linen Cupboard / Tall Boy Bedroom Storage
A beautiful antique Art Deco walnut linen cupboard / tallboy dating from 1920's with original handles. This elegant cabinet has a two doors and shelves below two drawers and is in excellent well loved condition. The walnut veneers are stunning and wonderfully patterned with rich colours and I have cleaned and oiled the cabinet with danish oil and it is now in super condition. The handles are original and have a wonderful worn patina. This piece would be a fabulous addition to a bedroom or landing as a linen cupboard, but equally could be used as a drinks cabinet.
Condition:
This piece is in very good condition and has been well loved by its previous owner, and I'm told it has remained in the same family for generations since new. There is no damage to note apart from the minor age related nicks, dents and previous repairs which are to be expected with vintage and antique pieces and adds to their character. The previous owner has commissioned the cabinet to be refurbished with new internal hardware in recent years and the doors and drawers open and close with ease.
